As a child, I wanted to be a teacher, an artist, and a business leader. My leadership and work is a blend of all - bringing together a steadfast conviction in the power of people & partnerships and a penchant for creating in white spaces, coupled with strong business savviness.

Over the last 20+ years, my life and career has taken me across five continents and more than forty countries from the boardrooms of NYC and Australia as an investment banker with Credit Suisse to South America, Asia, and Africa working with disruptive innovators, and now as an executive coach and organizational change consultant as well as co-Founder & Chief Catalyst of FutureWomenX.

I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders and organizations from Fortune 500 C-Suite executives and non-profit leaders to scale-up entrepreneurs and a cross-section of organizations including Novartis, Heineken, Horizon Media, Shell Chemicals, Rituals, DSM, FMO, Beam Suntory, Arup, B Lab, World Wildlife Fund, Sanitation & Water for All, and AMREF.

What is clear to me is that we are merely skimming the surface of what’s possible—for ourselves, our organizations, and our world.

My work centers on elevating, challenging and guiding senior leaders who want to take the lead and be meaningful FutureMakers - architecting their own lives, careers and organizations and contributing to shape a more generative, sustainable, just, and equitable world.

I lead with my steadfast conviction in the power of people, my gift for quickly getting to essence, and willingness to ask courageous and relevant questions that enable leaders to envision powerful life-giving futures. I’m known for my ability to inspire, initiate, and build trust and connection across diverse stakeholders. I thrive on unveiling new perspectives, connecting the dots, and activating leaders, organizations, and systems to take intentional action.

I have a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Masters in Development Planning from University College London. I’ve trained as a Mediator at the Center for Dispute Resolution, and completed certified Coaching Training, Theory U systems change from MIT’s Presencing Institute, and Futures Literacy from UNESCO’s Chair of Futures Literacy at Hanze University. I’m also a certified Death Doula.
