I thrived as an investment banker with Credit Suisse for almost a decade, and yet it wasn’t until I decided to trade the limitations of what should be for the infinite potential of what could be and trusted my inner voice about who I fully am that my life changed forever. Over the past 15 years, I have served as an executive coach and strategic advisor to hundreds of global leaders from Fortune 500 companies, scale-up ventures, and non-governmental organizations. In addition, I’m co-founder & Chief Catalyst of FutureWomenX.

My process

Most leaders and teams are too busy working on the change that they don’t get beneath to truly evolve their leadership and their organization and culture so that change can actually take root.

I ask the big, relevant questions—quickly getting to the heart of the matter and pinpointing where we need to focus to create meaningful movement.

My dynamic, multidimensional approach is grounded in deep experience across human transformation, business strategy, organizational evolution, and conflict resolution.

Our journey together is about partnership, listening, and a mutual commitment.

Executive Coaching

Every one-on-one coaching journey is highly personal and personalized to each individual, and can be done both in-person and virtual. Expect thought-provoking, soul-stirring sessions, and a level of humanness and candor that will create a tectonic shift in perspective, while opening up new and unforeseen pathways forward. Emerge from this process moving forward with intention, confidence and grace.

Organizational Transformation

There’s no PowerPoint for transformation, and the journey we’ll go on together can’t be experienced through a training module. Through highly-customized processes, most often beginning with executive coaching or a group off-site/retreat, we’ll vividly reimagine the potential of your organization with a comprehensive realignment towards new modes of building together.
